Ron Paul BillBoards in South Dakota

The Rapid City Meet-up GRoup decided Sturgis was more important then Rapid City. One of the members family members from Arizona has offered to pay the rest.

So Now, we just have Rapid City, Elk Point, Brookings, and Aberdeen to go. :)

I don't know why the Chip-in isn't updating. We've actually had about $1,300 in donations since this chip-in was started.

We need about $3,100 more to cover the next 4 places I've mentioned above.

I'm sorry, I just notices that my math wasn't correct below.

3x $700 is $2100.
Plus $900 is $3000
And a Thousand for Rapid City

That makes $4,000. I've updated the chip-in to reflect this.

The original $3000 estimate didn't include Elk Point and Aberdeen, and for some reason, I still put that down.

I've revised it up to try and help raise money for our Rapid City Billboards, Sturgus, Huron County, Brookings, and Aberdeen.

Rapid City will be about $1000

This is the 2nd largest population center in South Dakota

Sturgus will be around $900

Sturgus is Biker Country. Very important. This is part of the demographic that's ripe for Ron Paul's message.

Elk Point in Huron Country, this year is going to be very important. There's a local controversy over a Hyperion coal plant that's wanting to be put in.

Both sides of this contraversy could learn a lot form Ron Paul, regarding this issue. Plus They're going to be voting in my higher proportions then normal, so it's impoartant that, if they take the Republican Ballot, they know Ron Paul's running.

Elk Point Billboard, about $700

Brookings is a college town. There's already a sizable Ron Paul group at SDSU there, although, like many of his college following, has kind of given up. A prominant billboard, would encourage them, get them to vote, and reactivate this group. It's also a decent size town.

Hi. My name in Tracy Saboe, I run the Meetup group in Sioux Falls,SDand sponsor the one in Rapid city. I'm also assistants forseveralother groups, and have been heavily involved in the state as awhole.

We're in the process of putting up some billboards herein SouthDakota. We want to put one up in Yankton, and another one inthe SiouxFalls Area. Yankton will cost about $400/month and Sioux Fallswillcost about $1000/month Plus initial set-up fees for both. Totalcostabout $3000 because we want them up the next 2 months.

Thisis very important, for people in the Largest City in the Statetorealize Paul has not left the race. We need to make a down payment by April 15th so they can go up April 20th.

We only have about $400 to go in Sioux Falls!

We also want to put up BillBoards in the Rapid Cityarea, Brookings,and Aberdeen. So, any amout over and above the $3000will be for morebillboards.

Please. Let's have Ron Paul have a strong finish.
